Spring is Marching in (you see what i did here)

The weather is warming up and there is so much to do! My husband is trying to sell a house that he's rented to worthless tenants. I think they paid rent three times last year. Oh, they paid this month for the first time this year...No mention of paying months they skipped. My husband is a nice guy and they know they can take advantage of him. 

The previous owner moved out of the trailer on the farm that I bought last year. I rode up to check it out, got the water turned back on but haven't been back. I hope no faucets were on, lol.

I have no energy for any of this.
