(One of)My Favorite Snack(s)
I stir 8oz tub of yogurt with some goat milk (1/4 cup or so) and 1tbsp of chia seed.
I also like to mix chia seed with chocolate hazelnut milk for a chocolate pudding.
I'm not sure how healthy chia puddings are though I have read that chia has a lot of omega 3. Sure I read up on the benefits of superfoods, I just haven't made it my priority. I leave that up to my husband.
